Team Leader - Exhibition
Before you begin, please ensure you:
• Have a rota for your team / know how many passes you need for each day
• Know if any passes are to be shared
• Know who is to be assigned your 2x free passes
• Have a list of all team member names & email addresses
• Have a payment card
Team Leader - Symposium
Before you begin, please ensure you:
• Have a full list of all personnel who will attend your symposium
• Symposium presenters & support staff - 4x free session passes are available to you
• All other staff must have a paid delegate/exhibitor passes (including your speakers)
• Have a payment card
Please note, once a booking has been made:
• The ABN cancellation policy applies
• Pass types cannot be altered
• Names can be amended by you as the Team Leader up until Thur 17 April 2025
• Names can be amended by our office for an administrative fee of £25 after this date

Payment for team passes is by card.
