Iceland Writers Retreat delegate fee:

The fee for the Iceland Writers Retreat 2015 is ISK 262,000. All fees are charged to your credit card in Icelandic kronur (ISK).  Upon registration, your credit card will be charged a deposit of ISK 60,000. The remaining balance will be charged two months before the event takes place.

Included in this fee:

• Four nights’ B&B accommodation at the four-star Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Natura in a standard single room with free Wi-Fi (you will be in a double room if you also book for an accompanying partner).
• Attendance at a minimum of five workshops and lectures, as specified in the itinerary
• Conference materials
• Coffee and refreshments at breaks
• Lunches on 9,10,11 April
• Light dinner on 8 April
• A bespoke literary-themed, guided tour of the Golden Circle and its sights. Includes lunch.
• All cultural tours (including transportation), as described in the itinerary
• Invitations to all receptions and other events, as described in the itinerary

Not included in this fee:

• Flights to/from Iceland
• Transfers to and from the airport to the hotel
• Upgrades to a premium room
• Any meals or refreshments not listed in the itinerary
• Alcoholic beverages at meals provided
• Travel Insurance

Please note that gratuities are not customary in Iceland.

Partner fee:

The Partner Fee is ISK 80,500 (very roughly USD 680).

Included in partners’ package:

• Dinner on 8 April

“Relax and Write” Optional Two-Day Extension

Join us for an extra two days after the Iceland Writers Retreat finishes to relax and write in Iceland’s capital and join your fellow IWR participants for dinners and to share your work. Fee for Optional Extension: ISK 55,500 plus ISK 33,500 for a partner.

For those arriving on early morning flights, please note that check-in time for your room is not until noon on the day of arrival. We will make every effort to have your room available earlier if at all possible.
