The following rates are per room, per night and include breakfast unless otherwise is specified.

Cancellations

Cancellations and no-show will be charged a fee of at least one night's accommodation.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before arrival.

Payment

Hotel reservations must be paid before arrival at the registration site with a credit card.
