Registration Cancellation Policy

• ​Cancellation of registration must be in writing and sent to the Aktravel Conference Center, Akureyri, Iceland via email to conference@aktravel.is
• An administration fee of ISK 1.500 will be deducted from all refunds.
• Cancellations made by 1. February will be eligible for refund of the registration fee, less transaction costs and administration fee,  5.500.- ISK
• Cancellations made after 1.February will be eligible for refund of 50% of total cost.
• Cancellations made after 1. March will not be eligible for refund.
