Registration Cancellation Policy

• ​Cancellation of registration must be in writing and sent to the Aktravel Conference Center, Akureyri, Iceland via email to conference@aktravel.is
• An administration fee of ISK 1.500 will be deducted from all refunds.
• Cancellations made by 25th of May will be eligible for refund of the registration fee, less transaction costs and administration fee, ISK 5.500.- 
• Cancellations made after 7th of June will not be eligible for refund.
