Early bird registration fee is 39.500 ISK / 23.700 ISK* (approx € 250 / € 150*)

Registration fee after June 1 is 49.500 ISK / 33.700 ISK* (approx €315 / € 215*)

*Lower fee is for students and presenters.

 

Included in the registration fee:

 

• Admittance to all conference presentations.

• Access to wireless network at conference venue.

• Refreshments during morning and afternoon intermissions.

• Nourishing lunch Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

• Admittance to all Tradition for Tomorrow concerts and shows, including the Gala show Wednesday night at the cultural center Hof.

• Access to scheduled shuttle transportation between hotel and conference venue.

• Conference and Festival material.

 

Cancellation policy:

A processing fee of 7.000.- ISK will be deducted from all refunds.

Cancellation made 41 days before conference start date, refund of 100% of registration fee minus bank charges and processing fee.

Cancellation made 31 days before conference start date, refund of 75% of registration fee minus bank charges and processing fee.

Cancellation made 14 days before conference start date, refund of 50% of registration fee minus bank charges and processing fee.

Cancellation made 13 days before conference start date, no refund.
